At Laira, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our abayas and accessories. Each item is carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure it meets our standards.
No Refund Policy
We maintain a strict NO REFUND policy under all circumstances. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Faulty or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item:
You must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery by emailing support@lairaofficial.com, providing your order number and photographic evidence of the fault.
Our management team will review your claim. If approved, you will be issued store credit equal to the value of the defective item.
Store credit must be redeemed within three (3) months from the date of issuance and may only be applied toward purchases on our official website.
